Suspected bomber burnt to death in Kano after explosions close to Emir’s palace


An angry mob on Wednesday caught and set ablaze a suspected bomber in Kano, just after he reportedly succeeded in setting off an Improvised Explosive Device, IED, near a Mosque close to the Emir of Kano’s palace.

According to an witness who pleaded anonymity, no casualty was recorded when the bomber threw what was suspected to be an Improvised Explosive Device, IED.
He added that after the blast, the brave residents chased after the terrorists who came in a tricycle, got them and set one of the men who threw the IED on fire before handling the other to security operatives.
The spokesman of the Joint Task Force in Kano, Capt. Ikedichi Iweha, confirmed the incident, saying “the area has been cordoned off by security men
